The Duomo was founded in Italy. It was built and the architecture was done by Filipio Ilipo. It had various shades of green and grayish pink tiles bordering the building. The church was infested with Catholic priests and other visitors. The church contained 3o,ooo people. It was bordered in the downtown city. It was the greatest church ever built at that time.
The Duomo was used as an opera stadium. Cambio was a famous architect. Pisa and Siena helped build this great structure. After the ninth century, the old church started to crumble. The last room ended with a great dome. The first stone was set September 9, 1296. Gitto was the overseer of the work. Gitto died in 1337 at the age of 48.
The Great Bell Tower that hung over the city like a monster destroying the town. The tower was named after Gitto, The Gitto Bell Tower. To this day, that glorious structure still hangs over the city.
