Motherboard
The Motherboard is the main circuit board of a micro-computer, which is usually a personal computer. It contains the CPU (central processing unit), memory, mass storage, expansion slots (to add memory), and all controllers that are able to control personal devices such as the screen, keyboard, and the drive or the disk.
Some personal computers are able to hold memory on the Motherboard. It can be used in a way to upgrade to make your computer faster and to add additional features to the core of the Motherboard. MOBO is the abbreviation that is sometimes used for Motherboard.
